how much are your cakes?
Our cake prices vary depending on the size and flavour you choose and start from £14.99. Our full price list is visible once you have selected a cake design.
where do you deliver?
We deliver across the whole of the UK and worldwide on a daily basis. For a full list of delivery locations, please see our delivery information page, or contact us for further details.
when can you deliver?
When you order before 2pm, we can deliver the next working day. We deliver 6 days a week across the whole of the UK and you can order up to 1 year in advance.
how much is delivery?

how do i order?
You can place your order on our website by following the online order process or you can order by phone: +44 (0)333 577 2559. (Phone lines open Mon-Fri, 9-5pm)
how do i use my reward points?
Once you have placed your first order, you will be given 1 reward point per £1 you spend. If you would like to use these reward points, you must go through your order and on the final basket summary screen, you will need to press the "use points" button. You can then enter the amount of points you would like to use. Please note, you cannot use your points if you have added a discount code to your order and the functionality will be removed.
how do i personalise my cake?
You can personalise all of our cake designs with text or images. Once you have selected your design, recipe, size and delivery date, you can personalise your cake by clicking the blue ‘personalise’ button.
1 - personalising the text
Using the ‘edit text’ boxes simply delete the default text, type in your own personalised message and watch the 3D preview update as you type.
2 - changing the text style
To change the style of your text, click the blue ‘text style’ button to reveal the style options. You can change the font and colour of the text to one of the preset options and then drag the size slider to increase or decrease the size of your text. If your text is cutting off or not showing correctly, try adjusting the size of your text.
3 - uploading an image
To upload an image to your design, click on the ‘Choose file’ button under ‘upload your image’. Find the image you wish to use on your device, click ‘open’ and then the blue ‘upload’ button. The page will refresh and you will see your image on the cake.
To adjust the position of the image simply click and drag the image to move it. To zoom in and out, use the scroller on your mouse or trackpad, or use your mobile device's pinch and zoom feature.
When you are happy with your design and have checked that the text and image are correct, you must confirm you are happy with the personalisation by ticking the confirmation box, before then clicking the 'continue' button.

can i change/cancel my order?
We will always do our best to help with order changes and cancellations, however there are times when this cannot be done. Once your order enters the ‘Processed’ or ‘Despatched’ status, we can no longer make changes to your order. For all changes or cancellation enquiries, please contact us asap by telephone: +44 (0)333 577 2559.
why has my order not arrived?
Please check the delivery service that was selected at time of order.
All Royal Mail services are not guaranteed on a certain date and can take 1-3 days to arrive in the UK. (longer if international)
All standard courier options are guaranteed on the date chosen at time of order, at any time between 8am-6pm. If you selected a timed delivery or your order is late, please do contact us by phone or email so we can help. We always advise to have your cake delivered at least a day in advance
