Freshness

All our cakes are fresh and will stay in tip top eating condition for at least 2 weeks though they need to be stored in a cool dry place but not in a fridge. They are not suitable for home freezing. Fruit cake is natures self preserving miracle and can last for ages but its freshness will start to wear off after three months.

 

Vanilla Sponge Cake with buttercream and apple and raspberry jam

This is the standard cake and what a high standard it is. It's flavoursome and kept moist by the vanilla butter cream.
